Derek Stephens from The Blue Bird Herd has done a mock draft for the first three rounds. Here's what he has in mind for the Rams:
First Round
Julio Jones – WR – Alabama
With Donnie Avery struggling to stay healthy, the Rams need a go-to play-maker at receiver. Danario Alexander flashed some ability to stretch the field but he’s inexperienced and has battled knee injuries of his own. Brandon Gibson and Mark Clayton were effective at times, but neither provides a true game-breaking threat for Bradford to go to. Julio Jones displayed a lot more speed at the combine than scouts had anticipated, and his combination of size, speed and strength make him hard for the Rams to pass on at 14. If Jones is off the board, the Rams could take a serious look at Mark Ingram or an interior o-lineman like Mike Pouncey to complement their promising tandem of tackles.
Second Round
Rahim Moore – S – UCLA
Third Round
Clint Boling – OT – Georgia
