Are you tired of guessing at what rest of the season holds for our beloved Broncos? Do you want something more precise, more scientific to tell us how the play-off picture will unfold?

Well if you do, don't look here! Because what's up next is a little game I like to call 'quick-pick predictions'. Trust me, I don't need to explain, you know this game. If you're a die-hard like me, you've been playing it for most of the season.

First, we'll start with the Broncos (8-4). Let's look at their Schedule. Their next game is at the Colts: This gets a Loss. Sorry, but the way it stands right now, this is a loss.

Next up, Raiders at home: Win. Then, at the Eagles: Loss. Remember, it's a 'quick-pick prediction', not a 'what-we-want-to-happen' prediction. Besides, the last game is at home against the Chiefs and that get's a win. I think they could finish stronger, but let's go with a conservative 10-6 record for the Broncos.

Now let's do the Chargers (9-3).

First, at the Cowboys: Loss. Bengals at home: Win. At the Titans: Win. Redskins at home: Win.

Final record: 12-4

Patriots (7-5)

Panthers at home: Win. At the Bills: Win. Jaguars at home: Win. At the Texans: Loss.

Final record: 10-6

Jets (6-6)

At the Buccaneers: Win. Atlanta at home: Win. At the Colts: Loss. Bengals at home: Loss.

Final record: 8-8

Dolphins (6-6)

At the Jaguars: Loss. At the Titans: Loss. Texans at home: Win. Steelers at home: Win.

Final record: 8-8

Quick note: Some of these teams will play each other in the final four weeks. So, if you're doing your own quick-pick, make sure not to give both teams wins, or losses, when they are playing each other. It doesn't need to be scientific, but it does need to be consistent.

Bengals (9-3)

At the Vikings: Loss. At the Chargers: Loss. Chiefs at home: Win. At the Jets: Win. Final record: 11-5

Ravens (6-6)

Lions at home: Win. Bears at home: Win. At the Steelers: Loss. At the Raiders: Win.

Final record: 9-7

Steelers (6-7)

Packers at home: Loss. Ravens at home: Win. At the Dolphins: Loss.

Final record: 7-9

Jaguars (7-5)

Dolphins at home: Win. Colts at home: Loss. At the Patriots: Loss. At the Browns: Win.

There you have it! In about the time it takes to make a microwavable meal -- and probably the quality of one, too -- we have the results:

Wild-card teams: Broncos, Jaguars

Not that it matters, but the Jaguars would win the final spot over the Ravens because of a better conference record. What does matter, is that the Broncos are securely in the play-offs, and that's with a conservative 10-6 record. Try your own 'quick-pick prediction', and I'll bet you'll find that almost all roads lead to the Broncos getting in. If necesarry, we'll do this again in a few weeks to see if anything has changed.
