Here are 10 reasons why I hate the Pittsburgh Steelers:

1. Jealousy. Let's just get that out of the way. They've put together a long string of winning seasons, plus they enjoy winning those Super Bowl trophy thingies. The Steelers always have an excellent running game, coaches who stick around and a defense that blitzes like they invented it. The Browns, not so much.

2. Hines Ward's smile. Yeah, it's nice he doesn't take himself too seriously and enjoys playing the game. But dude, do you have to smile ALL the time? You and the Orlando Magic's Dwight Howard should contact some orthodontist for billboard work.

3. They steel/steal fans from citizens of northeast Ohio. It shouldn't matter if you live closer to Pittsburgh than Cleveland - I'm talking to you, people of Youngstown and Warren - if you live in Ohio, you should be sulking with the rest of us Browns fans. Or, if you HAVE to choose another team because maybe your ex-wife is sleeping with a member of the brown and orange, you should have your head covered with a paper bag like the other Bengals fans.

4. They're in Pennsylvania and so is that Rocky statue in Philadelphia. Rocky is fiction. As is the steel industry in Pittsburgh now.

5. Terry.

6. Bradshaw.

7. I once lived with a dude in Cleveland from Newcastle, PA, and he would rag on me for spending my Sundays watching the Browns lose. He'd then pull out a Terrible Towel and run around the apartment. I'd ask him to name three Steelers, or the head coach, and he couldn't. So by my calculations: Annoying person with too much hair gel - any football knowledge + too much excitement for beer pong = Steelers fan.

8. The Terrible Towels. Kudos for the alliteration and for donating all the proceeds to a school that helps people with mental retardation and physical disabilities. But come on! Terrible Towel? If it wasn't gold and black you'd think it was SpongeBob SquarePants' new friend. Maybe look into something like the Steelers Sleeve or the Pittsburgh Panties.

9. The Pittsburgh fans refuse the assimilate The Bone Lady. We don't want her. Seriously. Somebody please take her home.
