The Falcons' fourth loss in five games was a heartbreaker.
Beleaguered second-year quarterback Matt Ryan threw two late touchdown passes to lead Atlanta (5-5) back from a 31-17 deficit and send the game to overtime. But the Giants (6-4) got the ball first in the extra period, and in seven plays, drove to the Falcons' 18-yard line, setting up Lawrence Tynes for the winning field goal.
