Little went wrong for the Falcons in their 31-3 thumping of the lowly Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

The offense led the way, posting points on its first play from scrimmage and amassing almost 400 yards. Thus, the offensive grades should look good this week.

Quarterback: It looks like Matt Ryan found his groove. The second-year QB completed 18 of 35 passes for 250 yards and three scores. It was the fourth consecutive game in which Ryan has not tossed an interception. You can’t get much better than the Atlanta starter did in Week 16. Grade: A

Matt Ryan looked like his old self in his second game back from a toe injury, as his three TDs led Atlanta to victory.

Running Backs: No Michael Turner, no problem. Jason Snelling and Jerious Norwood split up the duties in the backfield and combined on 28 rushes for 120 yards. Eric Weems notched 17 yards on the ground, while Aaron Stecker rushed three times for nine yards with the game firmly in hand in the fourth quarter. Atlanta’s rushers didn’t produce eye-popping numbers but got the job done. Grade: B+

Receivers: Roddy White caught eight passes for 139 yards and two scores en route to becoming the second Falcons player to post three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons in the air. Marty Booker had four catches for 57 yards. Tony Gonzalez caught the ball twice before getting hurt in the third quarter. In all it was a solid night for the receiving corps against a beaten-down Bills secondary. Grade: A-

Offensive Line: Perhaps the one weak link on Sunday, with emphasis on the word perhaps. The O-line allowed Ryan to be sacked three times by Buffalo DE Aaron Schobel, who also forced a pair of Atlanta fumbles. However, on a day when scant went wrong for the Dirty Birds, the Falcons recovered each fumble. When you generate 24 points on offense, and win the game by four touchdowns, you can’t give the line that bad of a grade. Grade: B
