Key Stat For Sat's Game

The stat that jumps out at me for this Cards/Saints matchup is the fact that both teams have mirrored their results. The Saints are 6-2 at home, and the Cardinals are 6-2 away this year. That stat alone tells me this is going to be one heck of a game!
The matchup should bring an offensive aerial assault for two of the most prolific passers in NFL history. Warner is a lock for the Hall of Fame, and I’m sure Drew Brees will be there someday as well if he continues his offensive prowess.
The Cardinals are looking to repeat their 2008 playoff run again this week in New Orleans. The Saints are coming off a bye after dropping their last 3 games. That prolific offense throughout most of the season has been lacking and their defense has been banged up, so their back to allowing 20+ points/game in their last 5 matchups.
The Saints have not seen an offensive team like the Cardinals all year. They are currently favored by a touchdown at home which really isn’t that big of a surprise. No one gave the Cardinals a chance in the playoffs last year, and they aren’t getting many nods this week either, but that is what the Cards like. They thrive as the underdog! Expect another thriller this week.
With any luck the playoff point total might reach 100pts vs. 96 at home last week!
